"Chindere" (JP) is a term for a character who becomes deredere for their love interest's penis. They have an abnormally strong desire for the male lower body and will become instantly lovestruck and have a desire to do erotic acts with their love interest after seeing it, even if they were otherwise trying to hide their romantic feelings for them. It is through their love for their love interest's penis that they become deredere and start to have a more cute and romantic love towards them.
Etymology
Meaning of the Term
Chindere (チンデレ) is a combination of "chinchin" (チンチン), meaning "penis", and "deredere" (デレデレ), a mimetic word for "being lovestruck (overly affectionate, lovey-dovey, not hiding one's romantic feelings)".
Origin
The term originates from the 2011 erotic romance manga Chin☆Dere (JP). The story follows Tsukasa, an otokonoko who looks like a girl and is in love with his older brother. Tsukasa has a tsundere personality, but becomes deredere after seeing his brother.[2]
Localization
While the term is usually romanized in English as "chindere", it is also sometimes romanized as "tindere". The reason for this is that the Japanese kana "チ" is written as "ti" when using the traditional Japanese method of romanization, but written as "chi" when using the American Hepburn method of romanization. In both cases, the pronunciation is still "chi" which is why it's written as such in English, but in Japanese the "ch" sound is simply implied.[2][3]

The term was later used for the 2012 erotic romance visual novel Chindere ~Osasagenasai Nikubou o~ (JP). The story follows Klaudia Inferior, a European noblewoman, who takes a special interest in the protagonist's penis which leads her to fall in love with him.[3]
The most notable usage of the term comes from the 2015 erotic romance light novel Chindere!: Namaiki Datta Imouto ga Ore no Kahanshin ni Kyoumi wo Mochihajimeta Ken (JP) by Hanjirou Komai. The story follows Natsuki, a girl who has a keen interest is seeing a real life penis. Natsuki is normally a tsuntsun little sister, however, when she accidentally saw her brother Tokiya's penis she immediately became deredere towards it. Her eyes lit up with heart eyes, she started to become excited, and she just knew she had to touch it. However, at the same time her tsundere nature caused her to say things like "D-Don't get the wrong idea I only like your penis." to attempt to hide her feelings. In the end she dropped her dishonest personality and became affectionate and lovey-dovey towards Tokiya.[1]

Chindere characters become deredere for their love interest's penis.
They have an abnormally strong desire to see the lower body of a male and will become instantly lovestruck after seeing the penis of their love interest, even if they were otherwise trying to hide their feelings. For example, a tsundere character who is also chindere might say things like "D-Don't get the wrong idea I only like your penis." as an attempt to hide their romantic feelings even though they can't contain their obvious excitement.
They will do things like staring at it with large heart eyes and performing erotic acts with their love interest. It is through their love for their love interest's penis that they become deredere and start to have a more cute and romantic love towards them.
Differences From Other Archetypes
Tsundero could be considered a combination of chindere with tsundere since at first they pretend like they're only interested in the sex and don't actually have romantic feelings for their love interest, but eventually become deredere through erotic acts similar to chindere.
Similar Archetypes
