Make sure to read the character guidelines before adding any new characters. All characters listed who have been in love with, have a crush on, or are in a relationship with someone and are Deretsun for them will be marked with a heart (♥) next to their name. You can also see who this love interest is by dragging the cursor over the heart. Characters who are not romantic versions of this type, but are cute and affectionate towards friends/family must be marked with (platonic) or (familial) instead. |

"Deretsun" (JP) is a term for a character who is normally openly lovey-dovey and deredere towards their love interest but after time passes or at a certain trigger acts coldly towards them instead. At the start of the relationship they are very lovey-dovey, and openly affectionate to their love interest so they outwardly seem like a deredere type character who always has a cute and spoiled aura, but a certain trigger causes them to act "tsun" towards them instead. This can happen for several different reasons, such as becoming overwhelmed by their love interest and giving them the cold treatment for it, becoming jealous, scolding their love interest over something, or in some cases it can even be a pretense and they act coldly only when they become flustered or when someone points out their lovey-dovey behavior.
