"Eiyuucon" is a term for a character who has a hero complex and has a psychological need for validation as a hero. They are someone who desperately seeks recognition for their heroism. They may also have an exaggerated sense of self-worth and arrogance, take credit for others' work, or even actively create bad situations just so they can fix them later and take credit solving the problem they caused.
