"Megaun" is a term for a undere character who says "yeah" or "I agree" to almost everything their love interest says so they don't upset them and is completely love blind, unable to see any fault in their love interest. They are very agreeable and submissive, to the point that they are almost willing to give themselves up to their partner like a slave.
Etymology
Meaning of the Term
Megaun (メガウン) takes the English word "mega", meaning "very large", and "undere" (ウンデレ), meaning "a character who says "yeah" or "I agree" to almost everything their love interest says so they don't upset them and can stay being lovey-dovey".
Personality
Megaun characters are completely love blind, unable to see any fault in their love interest. They are very agreeable and submissive, to the point that they are willing to give themselves up to their partner like a slave.
Megaun characters are very easy to manipulate, since they are so loyal to their love interest, making them susceptible to abuse.
A Megaun will act almost like a cultist, blindly following their love interest even if their love interest treats them badly in return or commits morally incorrect actions. They will do this at the cost of their own well-being and the well-being of others just to please their love interest and fulfill their purpose in life.
