"Nisedere" is a term for a character who pretends to be in a lovey-dovey romantic relationship with someone at first, but eventually falls in love with them and becomes deredere for real. While they are in public they will act like they are deredere for each other, even though it is all just an imitation. They will do things like holding hands and going on pretend dates to keep the deception up while in public. However, through the process of pretending they will realize that they've spent so much time together and gone on so many "pretend dates" that somewhere along the line their feelings stopped being pretend, that this "fake love" is actually "real love". After this point they will no longer need to pretend and can just be in a normal relationship going forward after they confess that their feelings have become real.
